"We realised that we have left an apple ipad in the room after checking out and arriving at the airport. We called the hotel and they asked us to send them an email. After sending the email, they confirmed the ipad was found. They told us to pay for the delivery and need a commercial invoice. We are asking if no invoice is acceptable before making payment for the delivery service, because the ipad was bought years ago and we don’t have the invoice anymore. "Great staff and very nice hotel"

"We had a great stay, the room was very comfortable and had good quality amenities and a very comfortable bed with quality bedlinen. Loved that we had a coffee machine and kettle to make tea. The bathroom finishes were high quality, a great shower and beautiful bathtub. The room had lots of light. It is located in a busy area with a bit of noise, but there is double glazing to tone the noise levels down a bit. Airconditioning worked well. Great location."

"The hotel and staff were fine if I were paying $400 a night for a room. However, it was approximately $900 per night. There was nothing about that hotel that was worth $900 per night and I’m very familiar with hotels, locations, and high season rates throughout Europe. The only explanation I have is that it was the night before the Iron Man triathlon in Nice, which ended up getting canceled because of excessive heatwave."
