"I had rented the room during the chemical leak that caused the city wide evacuation. Staff didnt let me know whatsover and i had to be evacuated by local authorities. Staff wouldnt pick up the phone nor help me with a refund during the evacuation. All this and the rooms were poorly kept."

"The room was GREAT! the guests are inconsiderate of the guests in the rooms next to them, letting doors SLAM all night long, talking loudly outside on the corridor, letting their kids run up and down the corridor and stairs starting at 6am, i got out of bed and asked the man in the next room if he could close his door a little lighter, he told me…if it bothers me that much to go somewhere else! The saving grace of this stay was I was checking out the next day."

"Best location between Little Saigon and Huntington beach. Staff was very nice. Hotel room is clean. However, water fixture and some areas in the room could have been better maintained. I was satisfied overall."

"Check in was fine. Very few amenities on the property and in the room. No clock in the room and I didn't receive maid service. If you are a light sleeper like me, you might be bothered by the traffic noise. I could hear it clearly. But otherwise, it was OK. I did have a refrigerator and microwave which I used, so that came in handy. And always had plenty of free parking."
