"The rooms are fine , but for the money they are charging you would think it would be more updated and modern . It has modern moments and older items in the room like the ceiling fans and tub . The check-in lady was amazing . She advised us that if we keep the towels , we can swap our dirty ones for clean ones . When we call front desk on Saturday (we were here Thurs-Sun) to get clean towels , whoever answered the phone at front desk was rude and said “you have a washer/dryer in your room, use it.” So we took points off for that because that was my first time a resort advised we couldn’t get new clean towels . "
