"Lovely home, very clean and comfortable. The owners team makes you feel very welcome and communicate very well. Home is located in a safe area and near several restaurants and shops. 10-15 minutes from the attractions yet far enough away to rest and relax. We love the Davenport area and would highly recommend definitely staying with this group. Great experience. "

"We didn’t have any Internet while we were there. Someone came everyday to fix it but didn’t have access to a locked room. The evening before we were scheduled to leave they got it working. 45 minutes later it was broke again. The owner wasn’t concerned at all they texted me that they gave over 200 other properties an I needed to be patient. I had 6 kids with me and they couldn’t even watch tv. And our phone service was very poor in that unit so we definitely needed internet.The repair man said...

"Property was in quiet, clean and new neighborhood. Pool was just a quick couple minute drive. Restaurants, groceries, gas and interstate were easy access. My only complaint was three bathrooms and only 3 rolls of toilet paper? This may have been an oversight. I would definitely stay again. Also great communication and easy texting with any questions. "
