"The facility was great we would definitely come back and stay here. I think the hotel restaurant could definitely improve but I get it tons of great restaurants in Breck. Our patio was great but was covered in bird droppings a few bird spikes would alleviate that issue. Other than that the place was great. The bowling alley was fabulous the spa was great and if you work out you will really enjoy the gym."

"The property and room were amazing; very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here. The only hiccup was the water was out to the property when we arrived, but that is rare and not really anyone's fault. Other than that, we enjoyed the pool, the room, and the convenience to town."

"The staff was great. The only thing was no air conditioning in the rooms. Well, we got there. The room was very hot and the room I got. I had no screens in the bedroom.It seemed a little run down. Location was great. The views were spectacular."

"Our room was spacious and had a well equipped kitchen. Because there’s no air conditioning, it did get quite warm even with a fan and the window left open over night. I felt the beds mattress not very comfortable. And trying to find the hot tub and pool a dilemma. There were no signs and if someone hadn’t told us where to go, we may still wandering about. "The location of this property was perfect! Very close to all of the restaurants and shopping. The room was stocked with pot/pans and all the dishes we needed for our stay. The showers also had shampoo and body wash but we did not use as we had already packed ours. The room was clean and there was a washer and dryer in the unit. I do wish the parking was part of the fee but it’s not. Overall the room was exactly what we needed, however, I wish there would've been somewhere on the booking page...

"Great location comfortable only negative no air conditioning a fan helped a lot and second the upstairs bedroom area had a spiral staircase hard for 2 70 y/o to use. We will return to this hotel "

"This unit faces the intersection of Main and South Park Ave. Given the warmth we needed to have all the windows open. It was extremely noisy (people, vehicles, sirens, etc) until the very early morning hours making it hard to stay asleep. Other than not having a hair dryer as advertised, the location, amenities and condition of the unit and property were good. Wouldn’t stay here again due to noise"
