"I like that it was an easy check in and check out process. The room was clean. The towel holder by the shower was loose. Needs to be fixed. Loose paint from the ceiling in shower. Shower head had low water pressure. Some of the bath towels looked stained and should be replaced . The AC was working as a fan. The room wasn’t getting cooler. The TV worked well and had Netflix and Youtube App. Overall it was a good experience and the room was clean with no odor."
"Great stay! Very clean and safe to stay in. Surrounding area is a little bit sketchy at some times but overall I had no issues. Close to Journal City Station (six minute walk). Staff was friendly and committed to helping customers and our room was much larger than anticipated even having a kitchenette in our one bed room."

"A great place to stay just outside NYC. Clean and friendly staff. Quiet area . Comfortable beds. Only downside I will say is that its about 15 min walk to PATH train and we went on a weekend when most lines dont run. The front desk assured me it would be fine. Got to the train and couldnt get a pass witb our credit card cash only and no atms in the area were working so had to take a Lyft ride into the city."
