"Hotel was clean. Only two issues which were not a huge deal to us. The TV didn’t work and our phone only worked on speaker. Otherwise I would recommend 4.5/5"

"The rooftop and terrace area was so beautiful and really fun at night. The view and location was so worth it. It was really close to the public transportation. The staff was great throughout the hotel. Breakfast was delicious, had many options and you leave full. My only issue was that we found a big roach on our last night and that grossed us out. When I advised the staff they apologized and were going to be addressing the issue. Bathroom was really nice but it didn't have an exhaust and the glass door wouldn't close. It kept sliding open, so there was a lot of water all over the floor."

"Someone to access my room while I was asleep . i spoke with manager and didn't even get an apology, Second strike i placed my luggage in the luggage room due to a late flight and someone stole multiple items from my bag, i would never stay at this hotel again."
