"This is a former Marriott property, and has really nice room design, even though some of it is a bit worn, dated, or tired. I was never willing to pay the rate when it was a Marriott, so this is a good compromise. Everything was good, nothing was actually terrible, and the price was good. Will stay again."

"Upon check-in, I noticed a couple of towels that had black stains on them as well as a couple of stains on the bath tub. However, after voicing the complaint to the front desk, the young Hispanic (maybe) lady that was at the front was able to resolve that issues within seconds! It was amazing how fast I was able to get new linen since normally that takes about 24hrs. She was a blessing. I’m mostly impressed with that interaction over any thing else. Thank you again, ma’am!"

"Very run down which I normally don't mind but this hotel had a chain link fence around half of it and a musty/moldy smell permeated the rooms. We booked it because it has a hot tub, which was broken. There were no sign indicating it was broken or being repaired but it was colder than the pool! ."

"The hotel is close to the interstate and ATW airport. The staff was polite and helpful. The building and room shows a lot of wear and tear. The 2 upholstered chairs in the room were quite dirty / stained."

"Staff was nice as I checked in around 2:30 pm on 6-18-26. Building is older and fixtures were dated. Breakfast was minimal as they did not offer anything hot, other than waffles that you had to prepare for yourself. Fruit was limited to apples (no bananas). Good location close to I-41 and to area shopping and fairly close to downtown."

"It was absolutely disgusting, whatever you do don't lift the mattress up, you will find garbage everywhere!!! Don't try to use a shower, its broken and water sprays everywhere!!! And when you check out, be prepared!!
