"Great pet-friendly hotel! The area and rooms were clean and well-kept."

"The facility was poorly laid out. Our room was poorly lit. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work. We had a 2 night stay but did not receive housekeeping service. We had to seek additional coffee supplies due to no housekeeping service. There were a lot of attractions within walking distance of hotel. The parking was not convenient to hotel which was across the street. It was difficult to bring our luggage from parking garage to check-in (front desk)"

"Booked through Expedia, had the paperwork and the confirmation and Ho Jo said they had no record. Then wouldn’t engage with Expedia to give Me my money back. Two calls and over an hour Eventually got most of my money back but still have to call back again to get the insurance back. Guessing HoJo got a better offer for the room(s) as there were others affected. Super inconvenient. In town for an event ended up staying an hour away and missed some of the event."

"​This was the perfect spot for our overnight stay in Appleton. The hotel is beautifully maintained and very clean throughout. The rooms are spacious enough for a family, and the beds were incredibly cozy. ​We loved the complimentary hot breakfast—plenty of great choices for everyone."

"The beds were very comfortable. The remote was old and just about worn out. No fan in bathroom. Very humid in the room after showers."

"We asked for an early check in. When we arrived, we were told they would call us when our room was available. We went to lunch, came back and still not ready. Ending up getting ready for event in the lobby and having access to our room an hour after regular check in time. "

"Room not cleaned, staff literally just stared at me blankly when I tried to tell them about it. Breakfast sucks, only give you 2 towels for 2 people, and the rooms are actively falling apart. Desperately needs some updates and to find decent people to work there."

"The pool area is great but you could tell it was not swept daily. There were leaves all over the floor umbrella for tables. Most time we used the hot tub or pool the were no clean towels. Our room was great except that there was take out food in the microwave when we arrived and dirt wash rags still in the bathroom. I brought it to management attention and it was taken care of right away along with the clogged tub and bathroom sink."

"Everything was great. Clean, neat, good staff. Breakfast was decent. Bathroom was good too. Only one problem was the fire alarm went off around 2 or 3 in the morning. Was extremely loud and kind of scary sounding. Then it didn't continue. Kind of unnerving so we checked outside and hallways to see if there was a fire but didn't know what was going on. Seemed ok so went back to bed. Apparently in the morning they told us that someone was smoking in their room & they were kicked out. Otherwise...

"We appreciated being able to check in late to our room. There's ample & free parking. The residence was quiet. We stayed in a suite. We didn't appreciate the hair in the bathroom shower. The living room couch had multiple stains on the cushions & the desk chair cushion was also not clean. The small kitchen area had minimal house ware items, and was minus dish towels and soap for the dishwasher. The well used kitchen sponge we threw away. There's not regular housekeeping, unless one...
