"The blonde headed lady at the front desk was very nice. We had an issue with hot water not being hot at all. Within 5 minutes there was somebody there and fix the problem immediately. Great gymnasium and pool and hot tub area. Everything was centrally located it's our second time there we thoroughly enjoyed it. "

"Took a solo trip, just me and my pup, and this was the perfect little cabin! It was a short driving distance to everything I wanted to do - Gatlinburg main strip, Pigeon Forge, Roaring Fork Motor Trail. Amenities included that I was appreciative for were a hair dryer, coffee pot, ice provided in the freezer, and TV that allowed connection to streaming apps. It is located far enough from the business that you enjoy peace and quiet but still close enough to everything you want to do. Booking,...

"This was a beautiful property and located pretty close to a beautiful river that we spent alot of our time in. The porches were very accomodating and the kitchen space was spectacular. Overall one of our best stays. The property management was also very accomodating for such a last minute set-up. My only con: The upstairs was pretty hot. There are some window units and it was pretty hot outside and we did not compain during our stay. I'm sure their are ways the property management can fix this...
