There is no breakfast but the rooms are nicely kept affordable and there is a maintain outdoor pool. Staff is very kind and helpful, check out is at 11 am but you can have a late check out up until 2pm but will be charged a fee of 25-50 dollars :) definitely one of my favorite hotels I have stayed at

For the price, it was amazing! AC worked like a charm during the heat, plenty of parking, and cute chairs outside the rooms to sit and chat with neighbors! Checking in, the staff member wasn’t the most friendly, but we all have our days! The only thing I’d wish they would improve upon before our next stay is that the sheets were very thin and the tv remote was very sensitive so it was hard to watch anything. Otherwise I couldn’t find anything I disliked about the property!

Easy check in and check out. Clean room. Comfortable beds, good shower pressure for a hotel, extra blankets in dresser if needed, pool area was clean and nice. Quiet hotel for being in a busy area. Would stay here again.

The lady at the front desk was so helpful and provide us great information for getting to Dollywood from the hotel. She also expertly handled an issue we had with our room. The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to the trolley depot. We never had to fight the infamous pigeon forge traffic.

This was an amazing price for how clean the room was! The staff was also helpful in helping me find the location for the nearby shuttle stop. Great location if you plan to take the shuttle to Dollywood from Patriot Park. No breakfast but they do provide coffee and juice. Free parking.

Great place to stay close to all main attractions. And the bed was super comfortable,, and I'm a picky person when it comes to beds. Would diffently stay here again and tell others to do the same. It's not a place with a bunch of amenities and it didnt look like much from outside. But we spend very little time in a hotel. We normally spend time seeing the sights. I mainly look for a reasonable and clean and comfortable place to lay down at. At that is exactly what this place is good for.

It was clean room, the bed was comfy, and the air conditioning was good and the heat also worked very good. We went and set out at the pool area for about 3hours it was a nice view and very well space. The staff were awesome. Me and my husband will definitely be staying again soon.
