"A/c unit not working in the room. Room changed, however the a/c unit is noisy - wakes you up in the night. If you don’t have it on then it’s too cold. Breakfast was ok, wouldn’t recommend the cheese, had been sitting for hours and sweating and looked unappetising. Please be aware you need to pay additional for parking. Also they will charge you for an upgrade, 1st time I’ve had to pay for an upgraded room. Rooms are only cleaned if requested. Looks like they are calling back and made this a...

"We had a wonderful stay here with our son, both sets of grandparents, and our dog, and it was perfect for everyone. From the moment we arrived, the first impression was fantastic. The spa was lovely and a great place to relax, and the food was brilliant throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, although it did take a little while to arrive. "Hotel used to be lovely. Now very tired. room had a layer of dust under furniture that looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly for years. Wifi didn't reach the room reliably and TV wasn't connected to aerial. The lounges are worn and they don't reserve some space for residents so you may not be able to use public areas unless you book them. Oh, and don't be a vegetarian."

"Me and my partner had a wonderful stay at the old garage, very clean very homely and very modern, everything you could need for a break away, we did find the bed a little on the hard side but everyone has different comfort level with that, shower was amazing, host was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed on arrival, would definitely stay again if we were in the area!
