I really liked this hotel. The bed was comfy, and the room was dark. Everything was very clean. My only comment would be that it's a little noisy - both from the street outside and from other guests in the next room. I definitely needed my earplugs. The rooftop bar is stunning, with a small but beautiful infinity pool. I'd definitely stay there again.

The location in this hotel is closed to everything. My room was great first the receptionist put me to lower floor but I request the higher floor and they give me a big and clean room. The staff are very nice. The breakfast was so good. I love their Sky Bar is so refreshing to stay there and enjoy the sunset with overlooking Paraguay and Argentina

The hotel is in a great location, right in the centre of everything with numerous bars, restuarants & shops close by. The breakfast was very good, the room was very clean and the bed was comfy. The only criticism that I would have is that the lifts are very slow and when we were on the top floor, then going down to and coming back up from breakfast was painful as the lifts were stopping at nearly every floor.

The only staff we found helpful were the breakfast staff. Thanks to them we really enjoyed the food, even though we have dietary restrictions. It was enjoyable to have breakfast there. Location was not great. Too far to walk to anywhere, and there's really not much around to see or do.

Me hospedei com minha família por 5 diárias no hotel. Pontos positivos: localização, (muito próximo a restaurantes e ao centro) e café da manhã bom, apesar de não mudarem absolutamente nada do cardápio a semana toda. Pontos negativos: Equipe desatenta, por mais de uma vez eu solicitei a limpeza pela manhã ao sair, chegava no hotel à tarde/noite e nada havia sido feito. Era necessário solicitar novamente para que a camareira subisse na hora em que chegávamos. No Hall do Hotel tem uma escada, que dá no banheiro do primeiro andar. Minha mãe estava descendo, tropeçou e caiu no meio na escada. Corri prontamente para ajuda-la, mas a equipe de recepcionistas teve uma atitude super morna, como se nada tivesse acontecido. Apenas 1 das moças se aproximou perguntando se queriamos que o SAMU fosse chamado e trouxe gelo após solicitarmos. Em um hotel deste nível, o mínimo que esperamos é um pouco de cordialidade e interesse pelos hóspedes, coisa que não teve. Portanto, vos digo: se querem um local próximo ao centro para se hospedar, com bons restaurantes próximos, esse local cumpre o papel, mas não esperem nada além disso.
