"Very nice apartment, very big with ample facilities. Just a little more cleaning to sofa covers and mattress cover in sofa would have made it better as ours were dirty. Restaurant was amazing and great for gluten free and bar was lovely too. Overall very comfortable stay"

"The hotel bar and restaurant are cozy and comfortable, the bedrooms are a little tired and our tv didn’t work which for a trip away actually wasn’t a bad thing. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious. Great location for all local spots in Lichfield."

"Great location with plenty of parking and EV chargers which was very handy for us. Check in was handled efficiently with polite staff. Room was fine, some questionable carpet stains but generally clean and comfortable. A good hotel for a stopover in the area."

"This was the ideal stopover, we found the reception, public areas and our room clean and well cared for. All the staff we met, from the moment we arrived till the moment we left friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast and found the choice, presentation and taste really good."

"The deluxe room (labeled "Penthouse") was quirky being up several stairs and was in the roof with dormer windows. It had too much furniture in it for the size. Ok for just a 1-night stay. Breakfast wasn't anything to shout about and was overpriced. Overall, we thought that the price for the room and the breakfast was too high. we didn't use the spa or the pool (maybe they merit the price for some people). The location suited our purposes, but we probably won't stay there again."
