The facilities turned out better than expected in terms of space, room features, and hotel amenities. We are a family of three and our room with two queens with a kitchen was most comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff outstanding. It is very conveniently located in a quiet business area on Rt. 9. If we go back to that region, we will definitely choose this property again.

We felt that this property is not at the quality level we expect from Residence Inn. When we checked in we were given a room that had a strong odor and was next to ongoing construction. The staff changed our room. The new room did not have soap. They said they will clean the room two days later but came only on the third day. The breakfast place ran out of coffee and eggs which were replenished only after a wait. There was no water in room or the means get some from a water fountain or vending machine.

Nice staff, clean hotel (although the lobby was under renovations). Mostly comfortable room. I have stayed at other Residence Inns and really like the "studio" room. This one was nice but instead of a heat pump for cooling, as in other locations I've stayed at, there was a small a/c unit in the window next to the bed. I feel that this small unit was inadequate for the room, and wasn't doing a good job. Not only that, but closing the curtains (as one typically does at night) blocked the flow of cool air from the unit. So the room seemed even warmer during the night. And while it blocked the flow of air, it didn't muffle the sound, so the room seemed noisy all night. On the other hand, the breakfast was very good, and the coffee was excellent! So, overall a nice stay, but the a/c situation could use some improvement. Thanks!
