"The room was clean,but the refrigerator didn’t work and it was filthy.. The clerk that checked me out at 9:00 am was rude when I asked her about getting ice on my departure,all the other clerks I dealt with were very professional and courteous. Does elevator in the hallways in the hotel reach the odor of marijuana."

"Older building in the downtown (could use a little updating, some street noise), but the AC worked well for us. Nice and close to the Gateway Arch. Cheapest stay close to the Arch. Paying for parking is annoying, but every place in downtown St. Louis charged for parking. Good stay for the money."

"I would not recommend this place. The carpet was sticky and smelled awful. The bathroom was good but the bedroom was very poor"

"We stayed 4 days the room was a suite, plenty of room, comfy bed and quiet for 3 nights. The first night was a Sunday and the bedroom facing the road was very loud. The breakfast, Happy hour and snacks were good. We enjoyed our stay and did the valet parking, never took car did lots of walking and lyfts..."

"Hotel was overly terrible. I had accidentally booked a day earlier before my arrival so I had to pay for an extra night. While getting situated there was plenty of things wrong with with the hotel there was a sign on the pool entrance door saying how the pool wasn’t cleaned and was closed by the state. Then we get to the room first thing we noticed was a bug crawling by the toilet in the restroom and then also noticed hair and just dirt all in the bath tub. After leaving and then returning back...

"Terrible place. Dirty Floors and hall way. No Cleaning at all.. Iron board was so old and it had damage that I didn't notice and when I ironed my shirt got damaged. Over all Terrible stay."
