"This was another good visit. The only reason for 4 stars is way too many people in the pool and at dinner. Other than that this was a great visit and the staff was very friendly. The free food and drinks were also well with the wait in the lines. "

"While the bed and room were what I expected for a nice hotel…..there was no microwave in the room? Lol. Only a microwave on the 4th floor. This place crushed you with parking. Don’t buy the $130 a night sh*t…..it’s $55 a night valet and that’s about your only option. Barely seemed to be anyone at the valet while I was there either. Won’t be staying here again. Staff not exactly friendly."

"The staff was just wonderful! The hotel was so comfortable and clean. Breakfast was awesome with lots of choices. We will definitely stay there again when we go to St. Louis."

"Parking was a little tight but adequate. The breakfast was really good and I'm good variety of options. DeVante was very professional and kind and helpful. He did a great job making us comfortable at the hotel. "

"There was a dog next door that barked several hours / days during our stay. Breakfast was hot but menu didn't vary, same thing served every day. My family appreciated the after oon snacks/drinks in the lobby."

"Be prepared for the dress code standard at this property, collared shirts required at the bar and restaurant no hats in the lobby. you must be well-dressed to lounge in the lobby although it is permissible to traverse the the lobby in street clothes provided you don't work there the rooms are made available to guest but are owned by the Missouri athletic club and it has Country club type rules it's an excellent place to stay but be prepared for this before booking."

"Close to many tourist attractions. Parking garage secure and safe. The front desk personnel were quite helpful and friendly. Would stay at this hotel again."

"Bartenders, restaurant staff, housekeeping, front desk, and not to mention the valet are beyond welcoming. The staff makes sure they go above and beyond, giving you that luxury vibe feel to your vacation. This is the only hotel in downtown St. Louis I stay at due to the fact that o feel at home and safe."
