"It was an above average stay, the hotel was maintained. The pool was cold, great for summer. Breakfast was excellent and the staff for breakfast also great! No loyalty points were allowed as we had booked through an alternate booking site. That was disappointing. Overall we would stay again."

"The hotel was beautiful. I can not stress that enough. However, when we went to bed, we did not sleep well. The A/C kicked off in the middle of the night, the matress was not that comfortable, and the street traffic was loud. Other than that it is a beautiful place to stay and the staff is amazing"

"The staff were kind and friendly! The valet was fast even though the parking garage was 2 blocks away. My boyfriend had to be a plumber and fix the toilet since it kept running non stop. He also turned into a HVAC worker because the grate to the air unit was loose and was making a jack hammer noise. Other than that it was a very pretty and beautiful hotel!"

"Great hotel. It has multiple restaurants and an art gallery along with an Olympic sized pool and Jacuzzi. I travelled with teenage boys and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very unique property."

"We did ask the house cleaning staff to fill the body wash because when we checked in it was empty. But they never filled it. So that was very disappointing. But everything else was excellent."

"Unión Station is gorgeous. We stayed there for our anniversary to watch the light show and hang out in the grand Hall and have cocktails. There was a wedding that night so they had the entire grand hall blocked off and we were not able to do any of that. The staff were not necessarily friendly and the whole place outside smelled like gas. The rooms were fine, but it just seems over priced."

"There was a big (looked like a water bug) bug that was fairly well sized. I saw it my last morning there when I turned on the light that morning in my room. It scurried across the floor. Also, they ran out of bowls at breakfast as well as some of the juices. The eggs did not taste much of anything. The hotel was right at the intersection of where the city seemed safe and where it did not. I did, however, feel comforted by the security guard in the lobby. I would not stay there again."
