"I really like the look of the hotel and the room was clean and huge. My only complaint was it took two hours to bring towels and would’ve taken longer if I didn’t call again. The Bistro hours are lame. The meatballs did not look anything like the picture and was way over priced $15 for 5 They were frozen meatballs I could get 30 of them at Walmart for $3. "The room was nice. Bed was comfortable. We got in a little late about 7:30pm we were all tired and hungry. But the kids wanted to swim so we took them to the pool for an hour. It was packed with kids. Which was ok our girls enjoyed it. The pool provided lots of pool noodles and water toys . Was very hard to catch an elevator. They charged $30 to park which I was unaware of during check in I had to give them a $50 deposit which was no big deal which I figured was for any damage but upon checking...

"Great location, good pillows. The "air freshener" in the lobby was a bit strong. The stairs made me feel like I was in a horror movie, in part that was out of the hotel's control die to it being an old building (narrow, floor level changes, odd passage ways between floors) but the piles of debris and old clothing in the corners combined with dim lighting is correctable."

"It was my first time staying here and is now my favorite hotel in downtown Saint Louis. Everything was great: location, style, condition, cleanliness, staff, amenities, and the room was phenomenal. Although I didn’t get the opportunity to enjoy it, the rooftop pool and the whole atmosphere was top notch. Moving forward, I won’t stay anywhere else when I’m in Saint Louis. "
