"Our stay was perfect!!! The beds were extremely comfortable. And the room was spotless! This is the best spot to stay when visiting L.A. everything is walkable. I didn't rent a car or anything. The resort fee actual covers 1 starline tour, so that's great, and we took advantage of that. The area is excellent, so many shops and resturants in waking distance and so much to see and do. "

"This hotel has a really cool weekend vibe and was a great place to arrive for our stay on a Saturday. Thank you to Starr for a great check-in and Casey in Juniper bar for looking after us. Roof bar in the West Tower has great LA views. Loved the sunken garden for nightime energy and morning coffee. Excellent service, food and drinks. Room was nice overlooking the Hills. Great location to watch downtown LA sunrises, and for walking to Beverly Hills. Would not want to be any nearer to Hollywood as it is all pretty run down. And for balance, shower water pressure could be better and ran cold for 5 minutes before hot arrived. And 5* should provide complimentary water in the room - not everything should be designed to extract your dollars. Overall a very positive experience."

"The room was super clean and huge! We loved the separate living room area and used it as sleeping quarters for our daughter. The air conditioning was also powerful and so comfortable! The only complaint I have is that the room smelled heavily of bleach when we first arrived. However, that dissipated by the evening!"
