"there is zero interaction with anyone there my husband’s key did not work to get in and he was outside for the longest time because I was on the third floor and didn’t know he was not there and it just wasn’t a welcoming place to stay"

"The hotel was on the newer side which was nice. It was clean. I was a little disappointed for the amount I spent and the customer service. I called a head for a late check out a couple of days in advance. When I checked in it was never noted. They asked me who I spoke to. I was able to get it . I had one used roll of toilet paper which was gone by morning. I ran out in the morning and told the front desk they said they would have it in the room when I returned. It wasn’t they . I had to find a maid to get some. There was not a single complimentary water bottle in the refrigerator. I know these are little things but I feel like these are standard things. "

"For a budget hotel, our double queen bed room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was well-maintained with nice chairs and tables -- not just plastic things around a cheap unsteady table. Everyone was polite. We would stay again."
