"Room was comfortable for our one night stay. We are seniors and need more issues to be handled. Would have been nice to have a recliner in the room also a walk in shower."

"I am normally not one to complain about anything however, the hallways and room at this hotel smell like mold and smoke. When we walked into the lobby upon arrival a guest was allowing her dog to urinate on the lobby carpet in front of the front desk rep and nothing was said to the guest. Carpet was never cleaned. Our TV had hardly any service during our stay, Maintenance came up once to fix it and the issue kept occurring. Our room key card had to be reset at least twice a day during our stay...

"I checked out after seeing my room. The owner refused to refund my money! The facility was not updated as advertised. The pictures where staged. The appearance of the room was not even close except for the wallpaper behind the bed! I had to drive further down to stay at the Days Inn which was much nicer. Advice to future travels, keep driving! Very dirty!"

"When I arrived at the hotel at 1245 PM and asked if my room might be ready, the gentleman at the front desk said yes it was already clean and ready, but if I wanted to check in I'd have to pay an extra $50 for "early check in" before 4 PM. I questioned this fee since the room was already clean, if I hadn't requested that a room be ready when I arrived why would I be charged extra? He insisted this was the hotel's policy, even though I found out later that several team mates who arrived earlier...

"I have been and stayed at this hotel many times, and it’s always been a good experience. Not so much bang for my buck. $250 for a bed for the night is, in my opinion, over the top, but thats just me. To that, I find the staff full of attitude and very unhelpful. Upon checking in, I stood at the desk in front of the young lady that was in duty for about 30 seconds. This may not seem like a long time, and I am certainly not going to exaggerate saying, ‘I stood there for five minutes’. In that...

"The sheets were dirty. We found several long black strands of hair in the bed along with what looked like blood and rust stains... I would suggest bringing your own bedding or staying elsewhere. We asked for new bedding which we got, but those weren't much better."

"The hotel interior was a bit dated (hall carpets, bathroom) but the room was clean and comfortable. AC was fine. Breakfast was fine (continental + hot eggs/sausage/waffles). Coffee-juice available all day. I would stay here again with no concerns."
