"Room was very clean and decorated really nice. Gio, the host was very kind and attentive. The rest of the property didn’t exactly look like the pictures but it wasn’t bad! Just needed to be more maintained. Parking situation is on the property and if you drive here get a small car. Roads are very narrow going up to the villa. Views were stunning tho"

"Beautiful property with breathtaking view located in a small city but easy to navigate around. Very clean and delicious breakfast. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Would like to give kudos to Davide who went above and beyond to answer our questions and help us navigate transportation. Highly recommend!"

"Schön ruhig gelegen. Ein wirklich tolles Frühstück. Wenn wir mal wieder in der Gegend sind kommen wir gerne wieder."

"Mooi rustig appartement, goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Capri of Sorrento."

"Our stay was amazing, everyone that worked there was pleasant, helpful and extremely accommodating especially Julia, Rosella and the chef/breakfast guy. Our room was always clean, the breakfast was OUTSTANDING and the shuttle was super helpful. Thank you for making our honeymoon stay a beautiful memory."

"Good air conditioning, beside bus stop which takes you to Sorrento"

"Great experience would 100% come back"

"We stayed in eight different hotels during our 26-day visit to Italy, from Lake Como in the north down to Sorrento in the south, and So'Lifestyle hotel was the best hotel experience we had bar none. Interestingly enough, it was the only hotel that was modern, as compared to the old (rich in history) hotel/apartments we stayed at elsewhere. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was unbelievable, the facilities spotless, the shower size (a passion of mine) was large compared to...

"The location is great. The room was comfortable. Housekeeping service, Rafaela, was amazing but Tony the manager was rude and lacks basic customer service skills. I thought he was having a bad day during my arrival but other people staying at the same time as me complained about the same issues. No good instructions provided at arrival and did not see him at the hotel at any other day during our 6 day stay. Did not answer questions or answers did not answer questions. It will help to have...

"If proximity to the beach is top priority this is a great choice. Unfortunately it’s a bit remote from the town where the food/shops are, and so multiple times a day we were walking 15+ minutes up the hill to dine. Pros: The best A/C we’ve encountered in Italy. You can make the room a comfortable lower 70’s Fahrenheit. Beach right outside your door. Cons: Smallest bathroom (maybe 3’x3’) of any place we stayed in Italy. I’m not that big of a guy and I could barely bend down in the shower to...

"Great place. Great team. No heating system end of October. No tea/coffee seeting in room. No Iron in hotel. No pressure announcement of closing swimming pool. Clean rooms."

"The breakfast they falsely advertise as top rated authentic local flavors breakfast is just some croissants and little jellies, and they don't open early so you miss it if you have an excursion to catch. The room has not one drawer for clothes (just a hanger and shelf) and the bathroom barely has counter space. Stairs up to the room, no elevator. Otherwise the bed was comfortable."

"Nice room, clean, had a nice balcony and we had new towels everyday. Could WhatsApp staff if needed. Meta is quiet but road outside can be busy at times. Lovely pool, opening times could be improved but always somewhere to sit and relax outside. Could do with another mirror as only the one in the bathroom."

"Awesome"

"The room is not like the photo shown at all. However, room I got was big, clean enough, nice balcony and equipments. There was no spoon in the room, though there were coffee and kettle. Bad thing was the bed and pillows, the blanket is super thin and the same as bed sheet. They are just thin fabric. The decorative pillows were unbelievably dirty. I prefer not to have it on clean bed at all."

"The shower in the restroom overflowed, and the water never got hot. Additionally, the air conditioning did not adequately cool the upstairs sleeping area. While the downstairs remained comfortable, the upstairs loft where the bed was located was extremely warm and felt like a heat box, making it difficult to sleep."
