"We had a very lovely 3-night stay at Augustana House April 18-21. The receptionist was fantastic and showed us two rooms to choose from, one having a balcony that overlooked the river. Although the street adjacent to the river is noisy with traffic you could not hear it when the balcony door was closed. The balcony was a nice feature for the room. "The location is amazing! We were able to walk to the hotel after getting off the Leonardo Express. All the major sights are within walking distance so the location is the best thing about the hotel. We visited in April it was warm! The check in was interesting, the signage to the actual door is inadequate and we wandered around at first, the hotel is in a residential building. The entry door is on the second floor up the stairs on the left after entering the gate. The hotel managed did come find...

"They were so helpful with keeping us informed of the pre-reserved car pickup from the airport to helping us with our luggage as we departed. The room is quiet, great location within walking distance of the colosseum and many other places. The bed was fine, could have used another pillow or two, but we managed to. I would recommend staying here for sure !"

"Instructions for entry were very clear. Any questions I had or answered promptly. Room was clean and had air conditioning. Very well located to the terminal, abundance of restaurants and walkable to the Trevi fountain."
