"I’ll start with the positives: great location and a good selection of complimentary breakfast options. The water refill station by the elevators was also very convenient.
That said, I do want to mention a few areas that could be improved. In my opinion, these are relatively easy fixes that could make a noticeable difference in the overall guest experience.
The towels and bedding definitely need to be updated. They were more grey than white and looked quite worn, which took away from the overall...

"Stayed in this hotel for one night before my flight. Very clean, nice hotel with comfortable bed. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice of food. Free shuttle to the airport was a plus too. The only thing was that I could hear the airplanes taking off pretty loud in my room, but it is located near the airport, so probably expected."
