The overall experience was great - it’s a fantastic location, and the room was cute and comfortable! The shower clearly had not been cleaned (5-6 hairs on the floor 😬), but that’s my only complaint. I would stay there again!

House staff didn't come in to refresh towels and make up beds. Didn't know that they didn't do this daily. Front desk was friendly on check in. SpringHill Suites by Marriott Frederick
Mountain View was perfect. The shade would not pull down or wasn’t supposed according to the woman at the desk. It was so light in our room so we couldn’t sleep. The shower was very nice and safe but the main floor slippery.
