Lovely hotel full of old world charm. The staff are really friendly and helpfull. Great location too. Cone and visit you will enjoy the hotel and the charming little town of Fredricksberg

Quaint colonial hotel, friendly helpful staff, clean rooms. Within easy walking distance of main shopping area which offers wide range of eateries Also, within walking distance is the Fredericksburgh Civil War battle site, museum and visitor centre.

This hotel is a very good value place to stay which is not too far from the historic centre. The staff make it a great place to stay and feel welcome (especially Deedee (mornings) and Connie (evenings). The breakfast offering is good considering it is free, however the number of catering staff have been reduced from 2 to 1 in the mornings which meant some food items and plates etc. ran out and took a while to replace, despite the one staff member working flat out.

Great hotels, breakfast a bit basic, no hot food

So many positives - had a king bed studio suite for a one night stay. Very clean, comfortable and stylish room. Complimentary parking and convenient for all local services and nearby Mall in Fredericksburg. Breakfast was disappointing- basic and predictably bland with little if any choice of healthy options.

Good location with good sized rooms. Bagel/sandwich shop opposite (Always Flavoured) is a great option for breakfast. We parked independently at the Sophia St parking garage which is where the hotel parking is offered. For us it saved $10 for one night stay.

Staff extremely helpful. Pool area was immaculate

Very nice, if only other Hotels were this good.

just passing by before taking a internal flight in Reagan airport- very convenient location and reasonably priced with breakfast included

This hotel is a hidden gem! I had been to this hotel many years ago and remember it being great. I traveled with a dog back then.. i found that this hotel was still wonderful after all these years. Management has kept it up wonderfully. Our room looked as if ut was just reoainted although i dont think that was the case. Very clean. Everything you need as far ss shampoo conditioner and body wash. Dish wasging soap and paper towels in the small kitchen.. i have absolutely nothing negative...

A really nice stay in an upstairs room, which was clean, quiet and fine. Close to a Walmart and easy to drive to battlefields. A warm friendly welcome too at reception and from cleaning staff. Ample parking in front of rooms. The kitchen was not well equipped though e.g. only one pan and one frying pan and no kitchen roll. Overall though, it was fine.
