Fine, its summer in New Hampshire during a heatwave so I could brush it off, but not great. We proceeded to find black hairballs on the bathroom floor, making it seem like it wasn’t properly cleaned, and there was no “real” showerhead. "Well maintained older property. Very clean. Everything was spotless. Comfortable beds, nice clean bathroom, little kitchenette and close to room parking. They offer a really nice game room, a beach within walking distance as well as a pool on the grounds and grills. Staff was very, very accommodating. They also love to have pets stay. Have stayed there twice now and have not been disappointed either time. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable place to stay. "

On nous a vendu "des petites viennoiseries et café" pour déjeuner, mais il n'y avait rien. Il n'y avait pas de personnel sur place, la réception était fermée pour toute la durée de notre séjour. Très déçus, car notre première visite à cet endroit avait été bonne, mais nous n'y retournerons pas après cette deuxième expérience."

"The stay was wonderful. Could it use a little maintenance? Sure. But everything was clean and you can't beat the view. The only change I would make is maybe upgrade the mattresses as they are a bit springy but wouldn't stop us from coming back. Great place to stay overall."

"Everything about the room was great, the bed, the bathroom, the sitting area, and the tv. The location was also great, one minute walk to shopping, restaurants, and bars. Check-in was between 3 and 7, but when we arrived at 6 there was nobody working. We had to ask another a couple on the front porch how to get into our room. Once in the room everything was fine."
