"We had a very stressful and disappointing experience. We arrived around 12:00 AM and were able to open the main entrance, but the room door would not open despite trying many times. We spent almost an hour trying to access the room and called for help, but there was no support available at all.
As a result, we were left outside late at night and had no choice but to book a hotel at the last minute, which cost us a lot of money. This caused a lot of stress, inconvenience, and extra expense.

There was no staff in sight as at 07:30pm, I couldn't not access the property for an hour because the code was not correct, police came to make arrest from the property. A guest that came to get delivery then gave me a number to ring inside the house I was about leaving before someone rang me and sent me the code after one hour of standing outside.
