Breakfast good selection however it was mobbed and difficult to get a table (maybe consider extending time by half hour) Water pressure in the room between 7 - 8 30 was so low it was difficult to clean my teeth No chance of a shower and could not even fill the kettle for a cuppa. Otherwise room was adequate, good a/c Would stay again because it is so convenient.

Dirty room that smelt of dog. Dog hairs on the carpet, skirting boards that looked like they hadn’t been wiped over in months. The mattress was an old type spring mattress with minimal support, so didn’t have the best nights sleep. This is the worst Holiday in room I have ever stayed in.

There were no adjoining rooms like we were told we could request. Air conditioning was not working. We were given fans but the windows were broken and unable to open to circulate air. There were no laundry facilities or pool like the website suggested. Our family room that was supposed to sleep 3 by using a bed and pull out sofa did not work for us since the pull out sofa was determined to be unsafe and not usable.

The member of staff couldn’t find our booking and made us feel like we hadn’t booked it until I showed them the confirmation, but no apologies and said they were having IT issues, they then said the air conditioning hasn’t been working since May, but nothing mentioned on there web site, so it was a very uncomfortable stay and TBH I wouldn’t have booked that hotel as we are in a middle of a heat wave and staff were not helpful!!!! I have complained but not heard from them yet

Loved the location ,as we spent 2 days at the Royal Naval Shipyards. We could walk there easily. Plenty of places to eat close to the hotel and the lobby was a great place to socialize with our friends whom were also staying at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was hot and plentiful. Would highly recommend

The room was clean and decor in good. It was air-conditioned but stopped during the night, there was a window but it was locked shut so not a great nights sleep. If these hotels want to save on electric please let us open a window. We wouldn't stay in the summer months due to this reason alone. Convenient for parking, shopping and eating and good value for money.
