"Options are limited in Fairfield! I believe this is the nicest one. We got the suite room (king + sofa bed) and it was spotless. Modern decor and a comfy bed and pillows.
Bathroom is updated and shower had good pressure with plenty of hot water. Towels and whatnot were fine.
Room has small fridge and microwave.
Lobby and facilities are nice, clean and updated/modern. Check-in staff were kind and efficient. FREE breakfast is the best of all other hotels in the area. Pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, cinnamon rolls, yogurts, fruits, juices, etc.
Wifi is just 'ok'. Turned on TV for 10 minutes, but confusing remote control, and on-screen navigation. Channels dominated by weird infomercials; no big deal.
The Bad: Light seepage through curtains at night. Because it's off the highway, lots of bright light pollution. Ensure the blackout rolldown shades are tucked in the channels along the window to get it as dark as possible. Heavy drapes may be a nice addition to combat this.
If you need a solid night's sleep in a comfortable and clean bed, with a hot varied breakfast in the morning, this is the best option in Fairfield. It's worth the extra $20 or whatever per night compared to other area hotels, in my opinion. "
