"Small, beachfront hotel at the north end of Hampton Beach. Very helpful staff. Room with kitchenete fully stocked and nicely appointed. A restfull and relaxing stay at this boutique hotel. Would highly recommend"

"Bed was comfortable and staff very helpful. Son wouldn't go to bed at a decent hour so was never awake the following morning to benefit from Continental breakfast. I imagine everything for a typical breakfast was offered, so thank you."

"Room was clean except for black dog hair on the sheets. Break f ast was only served until 9am. Extending that till 11am would make me happy. Im on vacation! Im not getting up at the Crack of dawn for a free breakfast."

"We didn't use the pool, but loved the central location, the quick walk to the beach, and the cleanliness of the room. We would absolutely stay here again. (the only negative /suggestion was lack of a hot tub, which we enjoy after a busy day). We weren't able to park on site, but our parking was literally across the street. "

"Loved this place so close to the beach the pool was great the room was very comfortable except for the tub it looked great but I didn't feel safe when taking a shower it was a little slippery and not much room to move around"
