"Fantastic hotel in a great location. Room was large and very comfortable. Staff was efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. A main issue was that the service at the restaurant was very much sub-par, disorganized and somewhat chaotic. This was not the fault of the servers as they were doing their best to meet the demand and expectations while running around to serve multiple tables. The restaurant and bar just appeared understaffed. This made it difficult to have a relaxing lunch or dinner. Also, the gym had minimal equipment and not up to the expected standard for such a large and luxurious hotel. An outdoor pool with bar and snack-bar would have been nice too!"

"Chambre très propre, lit confortable et correspond aux photos. Difficile de se garer et parking public un peu loin, Difficile si beaucoup de bagages ou jeunes enfants pour gérer le problème de stationnement. Tout le reste était parfait!"

"Excellent location. Excellent breakfast. Scrambled eggs French style creamy delicious. Super friendly and helpful staff. Quiet, clean room right in heart of great part of town for easy access to everything. Mont Blanc views from private deck overlooking the river, which lulled us to sleep and cooled the room each evening. Would stay here again!"

"It is an excellently located hotel. It is extremely tidy and clean. In terms of what can be improved, the rooms are a bit dated in my view but bedding and size of rooms are excellent. The bar could be more atmospheric and less functional, and the gym is extremely basic (less of an issue in a place like Annecy which is a dream for fitness in general). Overall, it’s an excellent choice for Annecy."

"We had a lovely stay at the Campanile. Excellent location for the old town and the station. The staff were lovely, especially the breakfast lady who was so cheerful and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, the only downside was the shower head which was nothing more than a dribble. Get that fixed and it would be a 5 star review."
