"We had a wonderful stay at the M Gallery Hotel. The location is incredibly central and convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were kind, sweet, and attentive throughout our stay, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Our room was gorgeous, comfortable, and well-maintained. The only minor issue we experienced was a brief smell of smoke coming into our room. "Rooms are well insulated against the traffic noise, practically can’t hear anything Spacious room with comfortable beds. Shower can be better as toilet floors gets wet easily as it’s a bathtub rather than a cubicle. Breakfast is decent but if the stay is too long then it’s get boring as variety is the same everyday."

"My room didn’t look like the listing at all; we got the totally different one (room 11) which was a dark ground-floor corner room with no view and very little natural light. Because it received almost no sunlight, I had to keep the lights on throughout the day. The room felt enclosed and somewhat gloomy. The listing was extremely misleading!"

"スタッフさんやフロントの方など皆とても親切で素晴らしかった。 アフタヌーンティーも生演奏とオープンキッチンで作ってもらい最高だった。窓なしの部屋は朝か夜か分からなくて圧迫感があったので、料金か少し高くついても窓ありの部屋の方が良いかも。立地も日本人街に近いし、すぐ近くに業務スーパーがあるので日本人が宿泊するにはとても便利だ。 ホテルの話とは違いますが、帰りのGrabタクシーを呼んだ時はスタッフさんがついて出て下さったので無事に空港に行けたが、朝お出かけにGrabを読んだら偽物のタクシーが来て、騙され乗ってしまい、怖い思いをした。ホテル前でも怪しいタクシーは来るので注意して欲しい。"

After a few nights we decided it was not working out. We had paid for five nights in advance and asked for the remaining three night to be refunded via an Expedia agent.
