"Location great. Easy access. Not worth the money they ask. Smell of urine in stairwell. No hot water for shower in morning. Shower head coming off wall. Thick dust on bathroom towel rail. Stained carpet. Has potential, but clearly not checked for consistent level of quality. Disappointed "

"The view had scaffholding all around the property and they still charged us full price, there was no mattress it was just a thin foam pad that did NOT protect us from bed frame. The hostel is located center to the club scene and the windows are not sound proofed so you can hear all tye noise. Also to mention the walls are extremely thin so we could hear people talking and moving in their own accommodations which was a problem in the early hours of the morning. "We had the most incredible experience at this hotel! We picked it to be close to the water within our budget and it did not disappoint. When we arrived, the man at reception upgraded us to a sea view room as a surprise! The room was big and clean and the proximity to the waterfront is unmatched. It’s about a ten minute walk from the Lanes and the Pier but being a waterfront walk we didn’t mind it in the slightest. This is the only place we plan to stay in Brighton moving forward."
