Spa is lovely. Staff and hotel is really nice. Rooms at the back are backed onto a noisy bar so try to avoid them if you can

Leonardo Royal Hotel Brighton Waterfront
Very handy for seafront, the pier and The Lanes. Made use of the swimming pool, which was nice, but steam room was very crowded so did not use. The picture shown when we booked the room had a sea view, but in fact we overlooked the town hall building (?). Not sure how you ensure a sea view. As it ...
