"I was attending a business conference at the Tampa Convention Center. This was a wonderful place to stay. I felt very safe and comfortable walking from Mint House to the Convention Center. The washer and dryer were such a plus because I packed very lite with only a personal item so I was able to wash everything and since I had very few clothes. Also it was great proximity to restaurants but also a grocery store, so the kitchen allowed me to save money because I was able to prepare my dinner nightly. If I was ever to need something in downtown Tampa again I would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent hotel. Staff was super friendly. They acknowledged every customer coming through the door. The food staff was excellent especially the ladies who served the breakfast. She engaged with all the customers, she was very helpful and kind to everyone. I don’t know her name but she is from Tallahassee, Florida, but relocated to Tampa. "
