Wonderful place to stay

Beautiful newly renovated studio apartment. Very walkable to restaurants, shops and hiking trails. Comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen and secure parking. Will definitely stay here next time we are in the area.

A reasonably priced space with kitchen so that you could eat in if you wanted or walk to a local eatery. Parking inside was also great, given the snow and temperatures. A very comfortable place and close to areas of interest. I would definitely stay here again!

Awesome stay! Great location. Walking distance to the town to shop and eat great food. The free shuttles to the mountains were super convenient, also walking distance. Amazing 360 degree mountain view’s! Condo was very clean and exactly like the property described. Very comfortable.

Unit did not have wifi which was a major issue during business travel. Needs to be stated in bold letters at the top of the description. Room was clean and cozy.

Loved the location, the proximity to downtown Frisco, the adorable, updated decor of the rental, the views, the cleanliness, and the safety features. The parking, on the other hand, is AWFUL. I had rented a Jeep, and literally had inches on either side of my parking space. I ended up parking on the street rather than stress out trying to fit in that dinky little spot. Thank goodness I COULD park on the street. Besides that, I would definitely return!!

The parking space is 6.5 ft. wide with a cement pillar on the left and a vehicle parked on the right. In winter you need an SUV because of the snow. You are towed if you park anywhere else. Most vehicles will not fit into that spot. The property manager was not helpful, rude and combative. The code provided for the hot tub was incorrect, the slider door lock was broken, the bed spread was dirty and stained on the underside. I am confident that you can find better values for your money on Frisco.
