"Rooms were tired and cramped. Water to too hot , taps that did not turn easily. No way to contact reception unless you went down to the desk. The staff were all very helpful, no issues with the service . "

"Easy to find and a good location as it’s near not far from M40 or to Bicester Village and train station ( the latter being an approx 10 minute drive). The staff were nice and the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was nice although the shower heads shot out water in random directions which was a bit annoying. Bit of descaling would sort that out easily. There was plenty of parking and the accommodation was across a courtyard from the pub.i would imagine a nice spot in the summer. Food was...

"Had all the essentials, good location and good shower. The bed was unfortunately very hard and uncomfortable and there was a constant whirring sound in the room a bit like a faint extractor fan. It just wouldn't stop and, as a light sleeper, made it difficult to get to sleep. Our room was also next to reception and early in the morning we could hear all the conversations going on at the reception desk and in the breakfast area. Didn't seem to be much awareness of the fact that there were...

"Unfortunately the duvet had a very bad odor. I tried putting a towel over it but still could smell a very bad stench. Thankfully flipping the head side and feet side worked. It was jus a night so didn’t bother telling the staff. The staff was very courteous and tried to be helpful. "

"Lovely area, the grounds are stunning. Staff welcoming one in particular a barman from New Zealand very friendly and helped us enjoy our drink and meal in the bar. The room was exceptional, comfy bed and chairs, spacious, lovely royal style carpet, even a little balcony. Shower gel and Shampoo top class. Spa - ok, hot tub needs to be a higher temperature and more powerful and lighting should be darker. "
