"The front desk staff was very nice. The condo was beautiful and the deck amazing! Our only issues were not enough comfy seating in Jak 1 and we had to have a chair propped against the door between condos to keep the door from opening slightly (even when locked). "

"I was very unhappy from when I arrived, the elevators were broken and we had to use the stairs to get to our hotel room. There was no one to check us into our room we had to use a system, then we were really trying to order food to our room and it was not easy at all through the app, and it took 2 hours to get our food and was 60 bucks just for one of the meals. When we went to check out it says the charges of resort fee and sales tax for 2 days and then added up to 112! I was very disappointed and wish I could get reimbursed with something but highly doubt that will happen, but I now know that I will not be returning to this hotel/casino ever again. "
