"Actually most of the staff were great, servers, bartenders, dealers, cashiers, all very friendly and helpful. But the front desk is still a mess. We arrived early and had pre-registered online so we were supposed to receive an email when the room was ready. When I went to the front desk at 2, the young lady was rude, said check-in was at 4. I said I understand that but would we still receive an email when the room was ready. She said she didn't know about the email so just come back at 4. Not helpful, not friendly, and not what the email said when we pre-registered. I came back at 3:45 and a male clerk was polite and put us in an available room.
I'm sorry I don't remember her name, but I work in IT so I'm sure you can figure out who the surly clerk was and help train her a little better. Also, we never received an email that the room was ready, so maybe upgrade your systems.
The stay itself was good, good food and fun, just need to upgrade some systems and 1 staff member."
