Front Range hotel guide. Preferred hotel in Front Range, Colorado

"The rooms are very rundown. Our door was so tight that you had to push really hard to open and close it. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. I grabbed a hand towel to dry my hands and long pieces of black hair fell out. Gross! Plan on walking all the way over to Horseshoe if you want coffee or food. They only have an expensive steak house and a taco stand at Lady Luck, and the hours they are open is minimal. The front desk is only open for a few hours a day, so not much help there. I know the last thing casinos want is for you to stay in your room, but I wasn’t expecting such a rundown room. Also, make sure you put the safety latch on because housekeeping begins knocking on doors around 8am on your check out day. I didn’t get to the door quick enough because I was still sleeping and they tried to come in. Thankfully we had our safety latch on. Check out isn’t until 11am so the fact that they start knocking around 8am was so bizarre and uncomfortable."

"Such a cute place. Loved that they had a full fridge freezer in their 3 queen bed rooms. However it was such a long walk to our room. Wish theyd put in some stairs closer to the parking lot. Breakfast had nothing hot unless you wanted to toast a bagel or toast. So nothing special. But their coffee was good and their staff were so friendly and helpful. Had a cute little playground. Jacuzzi closes at 830, wish it stayed opened a little longer, we never even got a chance to get in because we got back to late. "

"Everything was great, but the coffee in the hallway comfort station made me never want to leave. I get up EARLY and I could brew myself a hot, fresh, perfect coffee at that early hour. Enough said."

"If you book through Expedia they either put you by the loud elevators, or a half a mile walk to your room at the far end of the hotel. The price was outrageous for the stay we experienced"

"Hot tub was amazing. Swimming pool was a little cool, would have liked to have a little more variety for breakfast options. We either had prepared scrambled eggs and sausage or biscuit and gravy. Everything else about the hotel was perfect. A very nice hotel, clean, staff very helpful. Highly recommend the hotel."
