"Initially when we reviewed the pictures of this property it really looked good! The packing lot area looked very clean and the picture of the bedroom looked nice! But once we walked into our room # 109 it was a total disaster! The room has a closed up / mold smell and the carpet is very dirty, both of the windows curtains didn’t close properly and there is a cold air draft along the floor area, I did notice form along the entire baseboard area of the room. "Room assigned when we arrived had not been cleaned nor the bed made up. After calling the front desk the clerk examined another room and we stayed there for our three days"

"I accidentally booked a handicapped accessible room and ended up with two double beds instead of queens which was unfortunate, but my fault. However, the room was not in good shape, plus the beds would squeak every time you moved. In addition, there was a bright light outside our window, which shined a lot of light into our room, making it more difficult to sleep."
