"Stayed here many times, always enjoyable. However on check in I was surprised we could not check in until 3:00! That was the posted time but all I wanted was to check in then leave my bags until 3:00. I was told no exceptions in what I considered a very abrupt and rude way. I have done that at hotels around the world, but not here. With two grandkids hoping to get to the pool they were very disappointed. Then at 3:00 we arrived back at the hotel and went to the back of a long line because nobody could check in before 3:00. Thinking of the customer. I think not!!
Once checked in, every thing was very good."
