"I am shocked at how high of stars this hotel had when it is average at best. The hotel is a whole complex which was difficult to navigate and even find the hotel. It is on a beautiful property, but the beds feel like you’re laying on cheap plastic and the breakfast is disappointing. (No waffle maker, which is always what I’m looking for at hotel breakfast). Overall it was a fine overnight but certainly does not deserve the excellent rating listed. Okay at best"

"The breakfast was just awful and even being free wasn’t worth getting second day . Even my 12 year old didn’t want to eat it .
Housekeeping never came by to clean room or refresh linens and towels .
Pool was ok but no towels stocked in the bin to dry off with .
We had our bathroom light bulb was burned out told the front desk at415 pm . Was not changed until about 1115 pm seven hours later . Making us have to go to bathroom in dark and delay for my son to shower and get to bed on...
