Overall a very pleasent week in the Punta Elena...app.was very well equipped. Only suggestions would be more comfortable seating on the balcony and a safe in the app.Would definitely return

No cumple un mínimo. No hay recepción ni donde dejar las maletas. El apto sin reforma es intolerable el estado en q está. No abre la ventana corredera a la terraza x el óxido. No se puede colgar la alcachofa d la ducha. La puerta con un agujero. Hay cosas q no se pueden tener así. No es cuestión d reformas sino d respetar al cliente y tener unas condiciones mínimas

Se están realizando reformas en el alojamiento si tienes la suerte de que te la reformada genial, de lo contrario el baño y cocina … dejan bastante que desear.( no deberían tener el mismo precio ) El resto está genial, buenas vista, tranquilo, bien comunicado …

Los apartamentos no se reparten al azar hay diferentes categorías y diferentes precios, su reserva era para la categoría más económica, diferente a los apartamentos Premium como se puede ver en las fotos ademas se lo comunicamos el pasado día 01.04.2023, cuando usted hizo su reserva, le enviamos este mensaje: Gracias por su reserva para un apartamento de categoría Estandar (no renovado, baño, cocina y muebles antiguos) con vistas a mar, la vista a mar de los apartamentos de esta categoría es menos frontal/cercana, que la de los apartamentos de categoría PREMIUM vista a mar. SaludosPor lo tanto, estaban avisados del tipo de apartamento que habían reservado.Saludos

tolle, ruhige Lage - direkt am Meer & etwas fernab der touristischen Innenstadt von Corralejo Die Wohnung bot uns alles was wir brauchten. Sie war an einigen Stellen deutlich abgenutzt (z.B. hatte man die Front der Küchenschublade beim Öffnen ständig in der Hand) und es besteht eine sehr hohe Feuchtigkeit. Das lässt sich aufgrund der Lage nicht vermeiden. Aber man spürt es in den Textilien und riecht das teilweise muffige auch.

Usually we stayed on the premium apartment which is renovated and more functional. This time we stayed in the standard apartment on the first floor and the experience was slightly different: the sliding door to access the terrace is really hard to open and also it didn’t close properly with the lock which made me feel unsafe. The bathroom and the kitchen are pretty old, as well as the living furnitures. From the apartment I could hear everything that people next door were saying which was a bit frustrating. Cleaning and towels changes happen every 3 days. The property is very well located, not in the crowded Corralejo center but at walking distance if you like to walk (20 minutes) and the beach it’s just outside the door! The swimming pool, the bar and the beds in the mother pool are a great addition!

Visited a couple of times now and was disappointed with this visit . Apartment not clean & mold all over bathroom walls Service at pool bar was shabby to say the least. Food disappointing this time and on many occasions we noticed complaints and people walking out Owners were onsite on one occasion and sat next to us when we complained we still got charged but they eventually stepped in when charge was questioned All in all a shame it is a great spot and could be spot on

Apartments need to be updated not in terms of furniture but construction improvement. Our Apartment needed constant ventilation to avoid the humidity smell and avoid condensation

Buona struttura, bella piscina, ma servizi da migliorare decisamente, non c’era l’asciugacapelli, cambio asciugamani una volta in 4 giorni, camera mia rifatta. Nel complesso comunque buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Apartamento en muy mal estado de conservacion, a la llegada notificamos que no funcionaba la TV, y solo el ultimo dia antes de irnos nos dijeron que comprarian una pero ya no llegaba. A pesar de tener un apartamento mas caro por las vistas al mar, era mucho peor que el de unos amigos que era 30€ mas barato. No recomendable

Apartamento muy correcto. Zona tranquila, aunque durante el día se escucha la música del restaurante. Buen lugar si quieres hacer surf en Punta Elena.

Pueden mejorar mucho con muy poco
No está mal. Apartamento para 4 personas un poco justo de espacio y sin ropa de cama para el sofá la primera noche. Pedimos toallas y sábanas y nos las dieron al día siguiente. Piscina muy buena con vistas increíbles al islote de Lobos. Está en una zona residencial a 25 minutos caminando de tiendas bares y restaurantes restaurantes. Mucho parking gratis en la calle cerca del apartamento. La comunicación con la administración deal apartamento es por WhatsApp pero es bastante fluida y eficaz.

Unas buenas vacaciones
Punta Elena esta muy bien ubicado, cerca al centro, la playa, si quieres hacer kitesurf, surf o windsurf, lugar ideal. Los Aptos son amplios, cheveres. Escuche q los están remodelando, porque si necesitan mejorar los muebles, mas q todo sala comedor, no son tan cómodos. En la cocina, es muy básico su mobiliario. La limpieza muy bien, la piscina es buenísima, su ambiente, el restaurante. Vuelvo sin dudarlo

Es un Paraiso . Fue el mejor alojamiento que he tenido la suerte de enontrar en mi vida . Lo que soñaba se hizo realidad . Casita en la misma orrilla , piscina excelente y todo limpisomo ! Cuando entramos a dentro olia muy bien , todo estaba preparado hasta el ultimo detalle . Imoresionante lugar . Si gano loteria lo compraré!
