"シャワー室の足拭きマットが共有で、ウレタン？素材のもので、前の人の水分がたっぷり含まれていて気持ちが悪かった。 マット周辺にも水溜りができてるのに拭くものも何も無くて、何の上で足を拭けばいいのか悩むくらいだった。 部屋それぞれに対しての下駄箱も無く、他の部屋の人の靴と一緒に入れたけど、その人の靴が臭くて気分が悪かった。 ちょっとしたことへの配慮が欠けてるかな。 建物や部屋は綺麗なだけに残念。"

"This was my 2nd time staying here after I adopted the woman who runs the hotel and the shop as my Japan oba last year, I remembered she loves hydrangeas so I stopped in Kamakura at Hasedera to get her a gift before seeing her because her birthday is in June. She's a very sweet and kind woman who doesn't speak English but is totally fine having conversations with translation apps. The property itself is in a great location right across from Mt. Fuji Station so it's easy to get to by bus or train...

Touch with no body, till one of the guess in that location was very helpful and get i. Touch with the people in charge and pick me at the location with the same name, litke frustration because I was traveling from Korea and it was 9,30 pm , so I say great service but I thought line all my reservations, that I was going to have my own bathroom.
