"Disappointed – pictures look much better than reality Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with our stay. The hotel feels rather run-down overall, and it gave us the impression that it has seen better days. The pictures definitely look better than the reality. When we arrived, there were still used slippers in the bathroom, which was not a great first impression. There was also a strange smell in the bedroom that unfortunately did not go away even after we opened the windows for a while....

"The staff were on another level, they are dotted around the hotel and always on hand to help. They were incredibly accommodating and even helped me with some confusion about what to wear to dinner... The waitress at dinner even helped me practice my Japanese. The drum show in the evening was amazing, and the room itself was a little haven, the onsen are clean, the Fuji view onsen is beautiful, the food at dinner was 10/10, I honestly cannot fault this hotel one of the nicest places I have ever...

"I enjoyed staying here. My family and I only stayed one night, but the staff were wonderful. They allowed us to still partake in the free dinner service even though we arrived late. We stayed in a tradition japanese style tatami room with futon, but it was perfect for the night and a fun experience. The osen was a bonus!"

"三保の松原の中心にあり、これ以上ない立地です。 部屋も広くて、お庭も綺麗に手入れされていて心癒されます。 食事も味はもちろん設えも丁寧で、美味しいかったです。冷酒を頼んでぬるいのが出てくると、一気に興醒めするのですが、しっかり冷えてました！ また来たいですねー。"
