"My family and I loved this hotel! We got room type 7 for four nights as a family of four. We had lots of room and the place was so comfortable. The shower and kitchen were both fantastic. The staff and amenities were excellent. "

"Clean, amenities were well-stacked and the staff was superb. Monzennakacho is just outside the tourist areas but very convenient to Ginza, Nihonbashi, Asakusa, Tsukiji, etc. This was perhaps our fifth stay over the last two years and we intend to return again soon."

"We LOVE this hotel stay. It's definitely a HOME away from home with EVERYTHING we need, from full kitchen to washer-dryer laundry room. We enjoy the spacious layout, dining table, large fridge... also, very convenient location with 7/11, cafe, restaurants, free shuttle at Tokyo City Air Terminal, plus airport bus direct to both airports! The only tiny thing I wish is NO little window by bunk bed because it was very cold with breeze air coming through in December... I had to wear a hoodie to...

"Clean room with all the ammenities needed. Quite for a good nights sleep and good location for things nearby, however might be a little bit far out depending on what you're visiting so you spend a bit of time on the subway. The table in the room was also too big and woulve been good to fold away because it made the room feel a bit cramped. Otherwise comfortable enough. "

"We had a great stay at MIMARU Tokyo Station East. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family, which made a big difference when traveling together. The location is super convenient—easy access to Tokyo Station and nearby transportation. The staff were friendly, patient, and always willing to help, which made us feel very welcomed. Overall, it was comfortable, practical, and family-friendly. We would definitely stay here again."

"Very convenient Location, plenty of food options. The train station is connected under the hotel. Only drawback, they Charge you 1100 yen per day to use the gym. Terrible policy, why do you have to Charge extra for people to use the gym? If you are afraid that it will be too crowded, charging a one time 1100 for entire stay will still work not 1100 yen per day. They will get 5 stars if they change the Policy until then, i Will pick other hotels for my regular Business travel to Tokyo"

"Pretty spacious compared to other business hotels in Tokyo and I liked that there is only one room per floor. We used the coin laundry which was less than 5 min walk from the hotel and cost less than 10 USD for washing and drying. We walked to Ginza and Tokyo Station."
