We stayed for 14 nights with a group of 4 adults. We had around 7 suitcases amongst us. Size-wise, this accommodation was just right for us, giving us enough space to do our own things.
The hotel staff were incredibly courteous and they spoke fluent English, making the hotel foreigner-friendly.
We did have to call the front desk due to an issue with the laundry machine, but they immediately came and resolved the issue within 10 minutes of the call.
The entire hotel was very clean, and we never once heard the neighbors around us through the walls or ceilings.
We partook in the sake tasting activity, but aside from that there were many fun things for young children to do as well.
The location is also very nice. There were plenty of restaurants and close by train station entrances as well. It’s very close to a Family Mart, drug store, and supermarket.
We didn’t take advantage of it, but they offer a taxi service directly to the airport, even for larger groups with more bags.
All-in-all, we had an amazing experience at this hotel and highly recommend it to larger groups and families.
