The property was old and dirty, the elevators filthy, and the pool didn't look well maintained. Dust and trash from previous guests were left underneath the beda. The floors and bathroom were clean and the staff were polite. However it wasn't worth the rental price.

Firstly, no one answer my message before the trip. When I arrived the hotel, the staff just give me the room card without further introducing the amenities and I found no slippers when I enter the room. The most ridiculous thing is you need to pay extra for room cleaning service.😂

ホテルフロントマンが無表情、ウエルカム感がゼロ。 自販機が壊れている。 一階エレベーター乗り口が暗い。 部屋の防音が薄く、自動車と飛行機の音が聞こえる。 ホテルの駐車場で一時間毎に200円の料金を徴収される。 アメリカのローカルの安モーテルに近い感覚なのに料金はそれなりに取る。 二度と泊まらないと思った。 何をもってジャパネスクと呼んでいるのか和のテーストを感じない。

扉に隙間があり外のドア開閉の音飛行機の音道路の音が凄かった 音が気になるならオススメしないです。 駐車場は裏の住宅街にあるほうが安かったのでそちらを利用しました。

室内の清掃は◯、プールは水が濁って臭いがある。廊下、バルコニー汚い。 コインランドリーを使うために両替機を使おうとしたら不可、復旧見込みなし、自販機を使おうとしたらこちらもお札不可、フロントには人が居るが、恐らく無人機を置いて清掃に力を入れたほうがいい。

若干のホコリ、お風呂のオーバーフローが気になった。 コインランドリーの清掃が不十分に思えた。 洗剤は備え付けで持参不要。 洗濯機のホコリがくっついてきた。 ニオイが気になった。 外廊下の傾きが怖かった。 スタッフの説明が丁寧だった。 ソファベッドの使い古した感じが気になった（汚いわけではない）。 エアコンの建て付けが悪くうるさかった。 夏で上層に泊まったからか、エアコンを最大に下げても室内が冷えず寝苦しかった。 室内照明の明るさが調節できず、就寝時、真っ暗か明るくかの２択しかできなかった。 ウォーターサーバーがあったが、補充が間に合っていなかった。 駐車場は20台分くらい。表の駐車場のみで、裏にもあったが、契約駐車場なので使えない。近くに別の有料駐車場はある。 ツインルームを利用、バストイレ別だが、トイレと洗面、浴槽への扉が１つでトイレと洗面の仕切りが半端で扉はなかった。 ベッドが動かせた。 部屋から洗面（脱衣場）と洗面から風呂までの段差が高く小さな子どもは、少し注意かもしれない。 洗面のライトが下からだったから上からにしてほしい。 テレビの下1/3がジリジリして映りが悪かった。 水着着用必須のスパ。 FreeWifiあり。 カードキーが１つなのは不便だった。 連泊する場合のタオルは自分でフロントに交換に行くタイプ。フェイスタオルもバスタオルもどちらも交換できた。 アメニティはロビーにあり、好きなものを持って行ける。 歯ブラシセットは部屋にあった。 クシを持って行く人が多いので、すぐになくなっていた。

部屋はきれいで広く過ごし易かったです。アメニティも豊富でお茶のパックやインスタントコーヒーなども入り口に沢山置いてあり部屋で飲むのに重宝しました。駐車場もあるのでとても助かりました。飛行機が上を飛んで行きますので少し音がします。
